We currently ship to over 100 countries worldwide. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our Client Services team for assistance.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Options & Estimated Times
· Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all orders. Delivery within 2 - 3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available in select regions. Orders must be placed before 12 PM local time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Signature Requirement
To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your final purchase price—no additional fees upon delivery.
Out of Stock Item
If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.
Late Delivery
If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is overdue, contact customer.services@exiled.com ensuring you quote your order number and any other details you feel are relevant to your query and we will take appropriate action. Before contacting us about a late delivery we kindly ask you to consider any seasonal peaks and non-working days that may affect the delivery timeline.
