Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Exiled we are committed to providing you with exceptional quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to ensure a smooth and respectful return process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging and condition, with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Gift Vouchers, Samples or Archive Sale Items, custom-made, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order was flagged for fraud or reselling purposes you will not be entitled to a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

To clarify, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently provide free returns. Any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and further instructions.

Refunds

Refunds (shipping costs deducted) will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer.service@exiled.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. Please ensure items are returned via a trackable shipping method.

Sustainability Note

We ask that you return items using the original packaging whenever possible, in support of our sustainable shipping practices.
